This has got to be the best food truck around for poutine. I had the Homer. Which comes with a perfect amount of bacon on the fries and smothered in gravy and curds! The fries are just perfect and would be amazing just on their own. I haven’t been here in a little while, but I don’t recall it being so expensive. The poutine and a bottle of water ran me about 22 dollars. But I will still be back, just not regularly.

Let's face it, fries, poutine and burgers aren't a healthy option but who comes here looking for healthy? Absolutely the best fries!!! Personally, I like them best plain with a bit of vinegar and salt. Crispy, tender and full of flavour. Simple little setup (like a stationary food truck in a tiny gravel parking lot) in a small town called Little Britain. Massive creative menu and the perfect place to try for your cheat day. We saw a line of people and was hungry so figured why not. Best decision stopping here. I live an hour away and we have now been here a handful of times just to satisfy a french fry craving.

I’ve always enjoyed eating here, to the point where a few years ago, I considered myself their “best customer”. I highly recommend the Wilbur poutine with fried onions and peameal.

Stopped twice - once on the way to the cottage and one on the way home. Absolutely delicious. Big portions. Lots of cheese curds and gravy. Had the pulled pork poutine and it’s a generous portion of mouth watering pulled pork. Price is reasonable for the portion size.
